Below the plot is the public swimming area with sandy beach, bathing rocks, lagoon, swimming raft. Enjoy peace and quiet and clean air. The upper floor of the house has an open floor plan and the entrance is on this floor. The kitchen is small but equipped with a ceramic hob, fan, microwave, convection oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hot and cold water. In the living room there is a day bed with two beds, wood stove for a cozy fire, sofa group with TV, DVD and radio and large dining table. Large terrace with awning, outdoor furniture and barbecue facing the sea. Downstairs consists of just one room and bathroom. The stairs down are narrow and have a low ceiling, there is a childproof gate in the stair opening. But in this room it is always cool and nice. Double bed 180 cm and a single bed. Air source heat pump for both heating and cooling. The plot is shared with the host, but it is far between the houses, the host's house is not visible and you are on your own. Own well with very good drinking quality of the water. It has happened that wells have sunk in the archipelago. We therefore kindly ask our tenants to be careful with water consumption with regard to access and the environment. Mobile coverage is good. High chair and travel cot are available in the cabin. Große Terrasse mit Markise, Gartenmöbeln und Grill mit Blick auf das Meer. Im Untergeschoss gibt es nur ein Zimmer und ein Badezimmer. Die Treppe nach unten ist schmal und hat eine niedrige Decke, in der Treppenöffnung befindet sich ein kindersicheres Gitter. In dem Schlafzimmer unten ist es immer angenehm kühl. Doppelbett mit 180 cm Breite und ein Einzelbett. Luftwärmepumpe zum Heizen und Kühlen. Das Grundstück teilen Sie sich mit dem Eigentümer, aber der Abstand zwischen den beiden Häusern ist groß, sodass man sich kaum sieht und unter sich ist. Hauseigener Brunnen mit sehr guter Trinkwasserqualität des Wassers. Es kam bei Trockenheit schon vor, dass im Archipel der Wasserstand der Brunnen gesunken ist. Der Eigentümer bittet daher darum, beim Wasserverbrauch sparsam zu sein. Die Mobilfunkabdeckung ist gut. Hochstuhl und Reisebett sind im Haus ggf. vorhanden. Ljusterö hat viel zu bieten. Am Ljusterö-Platz gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Apothekenvertretung, ein Systemunternehmen und ein Postamt, Restaurants und ein Feinkostgeschäft. In Linanäs gibt es zwei Restaurants, einen Gästehafen und einen Lebensmittelladen am Pier. Auch der Dampfer S/S Storskär und andere Waxholm-Schiffe legen hier wochentags abends an. Im Norden von Ljusterö/Östra Lagnö gibt es ein unglaublich schönes Naturschutzgebiet mit glatten Felsen aus der Steinzeit, die den äußeren Teilen des Archipels zugewandt sind. In der Nähe von Norrtälje, einer wunderschönen Sommerstadt. Wira bruk liegt in der Nähe der Fähranlegestelle auf dem Festland. 18-Loch-Golfplatz, ein Sportplatz mit Outdoor-Fitnessstudio, Tennisplätze, Paddle, Boule.
