Key to the approach was the careful exposure of the original structure, allowing the building’s history to remain visible and celebrated. Complementing this, a refined palette of new materials was selected to harmonise with the existing fabric, creating a cohesive and respectful contrast. The design also features a collection of bespoke furniture and lighting pieces—such as a dining table, pendants, wall sconce, coffee table, and entrance bench—each crafted in collaboration with local artisans, adding a layer of authenticity and uniqueness to the space. It has a private roof terrace with trees all in a designed space.
