Sinceramente, además de julio y agosto, puede parecer una playa privada. Situada dentro de la reserva natural de la Albufera con sus arrozales, bandadas de exóticas aves migratorias y espectaculares puestas de sol, esta zona es un paraíso para los amantes de la naturaleza. Si lo que buscas es paz y tranquilidad, pero te apetece estar lo suficientemente cerca como para no perder las ventajas de la vida en la ciudad, entonces este podría ser el lugar para ti.. . La casa en sí está ubicada a solo 50 metros de la playa y cuenta con 7 habitaciones, por lo que hay mucho espacio para que todos sus amigos y familiares vengan y creen algunos recuerdos. Tiene un jardín de buen tamaño, lo suficientemente grande como para que pueda disfrutar cuidándolo y plantar sus flores y vegetales, pero no tan grande como para que el mantenimiento se haga cargo de su vida.. .
