The apartment is located on the sixth (top) floor of an apartment building and has a bright, spacious room and a balcony with a great view. The sleeping and living areas are largely separated (see pictures). You sleep on a French double bed (140cm). The apartment is easily accessible via an elevator (1 flight of stairs still needs to be climbed). A height-adjustable desk enables healthy and the existing internet connection (>100,000 Mbit) enables fast working. You can relax in front of the 50-inch 4k TV or while cooking in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are of course provided. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Laundry is cleaned in the washing machine with integrated dryer. The large, east-facing balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The residential complex is a little outdated but ideally located. The main train station as well as stores for daily needs and a movie theater can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. By car you are immediately on the B37 / A656 and shortly afterwards on the A5. The rent is an all-inclusive rent including utilities and internet. Ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch ermöglicht gesundes und die vorhandene Internetverbindung (>100.000 Mbit) ein schnelles arbeiten. Entspannt werden kann vor dem 50 Zoll 4k Fernseher oder beim Kochen in der mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestatteten Küche. Kochutensilien, Geschirr und Besteck sind selbst verständlich vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ebenfalls gestellt. Sauber wird die Wäsche in der Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Der große, nach Osten gerichtete Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken in der Morgensonne ein. Die Wohnanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommene aber dafür optimal gelegen. Sowohl der Hauptbahnhof als auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und ein Kino sind fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man umgehend auf der B37 / A656 und kurz später auf der A5. Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine Pauschalmiete inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet.
