The quietly situated, original Black Forest house was built in 1929 and has been in operation for decades. It is only a two-minute walk from the lake and the town centre. The house has been largely renovated and refurbished in 2018/2019 (new electrics, new bathrooms, new floors, new doors, new beds etc), but as far as possible, visually in its original condition and the furnishings have been preserved or restored in the style of the 70-80 years. Our large and bright suite offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and consists of a retro living room, equipped with a new box spring sofa bed 1,60x2 m, a retro table with 4 chairs, fully equipped kitchen and a new TV set. The apartment also has an extra bedroom with a designer bed (1.80x2.00m) including fresh bed linen and towels and a wardrobe. The bright bathroom with shower and toilet has been recently renovated. Our guesthouse is located right next to the "Kurhaus" with tourist information, the spa gardens with direct access to the lake are nearby. The shops are open every day except for a few weeks a year. If you are looking for complete peace and quiet, you can be in the forest in 5 minutes. The train station "Titisee" with connection to many main traffic routes is located about 5-10 minutes by foot from our house. Das ruhig gelegene, original Schwarzwald-Haus wurde im Jahr 1929 gebaut und wird seit Jahrzehnten betrieben. Es liegt nur zwei Minuten Fußweg vom See und vom Ortskern entfernt. Das Haus wurde 2018/2019 weitgehend frisch renoviert und saniert (neue Elektrik, neue Bäder, neue Böden, neue Türen, neue Betten etc), aber soweit möglich, optisch im ursprünglichen Zustand und die Einrichtung in Stil der 70-80 Jahre erhalten bzw. restauriert. Unsere große und helle Suite bietet viel Raum für bis zu 4 Personen und besteht aus einem Retro-Wohnzimmer, ausgestattet mit einem neuen Boxspring-Schlafsofa 1,60x2 m Liegefläche, einem Retro-Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, voll ausgestattete Küche sowie einem neuen TV-Gerät. Zum Apartment gehört ebenfalls ein extra Schlafzimmer mit einem Designer-Bett (1.80x2.00m) inklusive frische Bettwäsche und Tücher sowie einem Kleiderschrank. Das helle Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC wurde kürzlich neu renoviert. Unser Gästehaus befindet sich direkt neben dem "Kurhaus" mit Touristen Information, unmittelbar in der Nähe befindet sich der Kurpark mit direktem Seezugang. Die Geschäfte haben bis auf wenigen Wochen im Jahr jeden Tag auf. Wenn man die vollkommene Ruhe sucht, ist man in 5 Minuten im Wald. Der Bahnhof "Titisee" mit Anschluss zu vielen Hauptverkehrsstrecken befindet sich ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von unserem Haus.
