Walking Distance: • Downtown: 10 minutes • Aasee: 15 minutes. • REWE: 1 Minute • Restaurants/Bars/Cafés: 1-5 Minuten • South Park: 3 minutes If you have any questions during your stay, please do so! The space The spacious rooms of the apartment are blessed with plenty of light through the large windows during the day. There is a large bedroom, with a large queen size bed, as well as a very large living room with a sofa bed plus bathroom and a separate kitchen. In addition, you can go to the rooftop from both rooms. The balcony with a wide view over the city invites you to linger and end the day. With the elevator, suitcases and luggage can be easily transported to the apartment.

Die Räumlichkeiten Die großzügigen Räume der Wohnung sind tagsüber durch die großen Fenster mit viel Licht gesegnet. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer, mit einem großen Doppelbett, sowie ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa plus Bad und eine separate Küche. Außerdem können Sie von beiden Zimmern aus auf die Dachterrasse gehen. Der Balkon mit weitem Blick über die Stadt lädt zum Verweilen und Ausklingen des Tages ein. Mit dem Aufzug lassen sich Koffer und Gepäck bequem in die Wohnung transportieren.
