The house is located on a shared plot behind the main house and can be reached via a paved driveway. You enter the house via a private entrance and in the hallway area you will find a shoe and coat rack as well as a hat rack with further fastening options for coats. This is followed by a light-flooded living room with an open kitchen-diner. The living room is equipped with a Rolf Benz corner couch and a flat-screen smart TV. A round dining table with comfortable dining chairs invites you to eat and sit together. The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction stove, oven,, free-standing LG fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. The bathroom, which is also on the ground floor, was recently completely renovated and equipped with a walk-in rain shower. An illuminated bathroom mirror, vanity unit with two practical pull-outs, towels and wall-mounted soap dispenser are also included. An open staircase leads to the upper floor to the bedroom with a double box spring bed (including blankets and bed linen), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
