From the kitchen, it is only a few steps to the cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV and large couch, which can be converted into a sofa bed (including an additional mattress 1.40mx2.00m). Sufficient parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Within walking distance (approx. 350m) is the main train station Castrop-Rauxel with its excellent local transport connections for the entire Ruhr area (e.g. only 13 minutes with the RE3 to Dortmund HBF and 48 minutes to Düsseldorf airport). Various shopping facilities and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity. The freeway connection to the A2 and A42 can be reached in a few minutes. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Fußläufig (ca. 350m) ist der Hauptbahnhof Castrop-Rauxel mit seinen exzellenten Nahverkehrsanbindungen für das gesamte Ruhrgebiet zu erreichen (z.B. nur 13 Minuten mit dem RE3 bis zum Dortmund HBF und 48 Minuten bis Düsseldorf Flughafen).
