Accommodation of 65 m², very bright and newly renovated (Feb. 2019). The property is located 20 metres from the sandy beach of Playa de los Lances. The house is located in a quiet family area by the sea, opposite the Café del Mar Playa and Surla Café.

The location is excellent, because the promenade leads to the Old Town in 10 minutes walking distance and it is free from the typical summer hustle and bustle. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One of 150 cm and the other of 135 cm. A bathroom with shower with screen, living room with sofa bed and kitchen equipped with dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and iron.

It has 2 terraces, in one there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a space for washing machine and electric boiler. From this terrace we can see a part of the beach and see if there are waves or the wind is good for kite or windsurfing. On the back terrace, which is very spacious, we have a chill-out area with a barbecue. The flat has an outdoor parking space in a private area from where there is direct access to the flat. La ubicación es excelente, porque por el paseo marítimo se llega al Casco Histórico en 10 minutos andando y no tiene los agobios típicos de verano. Tiene 2 dormitorios con 2 camas dobles. Una de 150 cm y otra de 135 cm. Un baño con plato de ducha con mampara, salón con sofá cama y cocina equipada con lavavajillas y pequeños electrodomésticos como cafetera, hervidor de agua, tostador, batidora y plancha.

Tiene 2 terrazas, en una hay mesa para comer con 4 sillas y un espacio de lavadora y termo eléctrico. Desde esta terraza podemos ver un trozo de playa y ver si hay olas o el viento es bueno para kite o windsurf. En la terraza de atrás, que es muy amplia, tenemos una zona chill-out con una barbacoa. El apartamento dispone de una plaza de aparcamiento al aire libre en un recinto privado desde donde hay acceso directo al apartamento.
