This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. Indoors, you'll feel the warm and invitingly flair from the very first moment. The big living room with sofa is a nice place for watching TV (channels in Spanish and German) or having a cup of tea next to the fireplace. The kitchen with dining area is open to the living area and it is well equipped, including a vitro hob. There's also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a warm-rustic style, including A/C, wardrobe and access to the terrace. There's also space for a cot/high chair if necessary. The most distinguishing detail of this room is the open bathroom where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the spa bath. The remaining two bedrooms (no A/C) have two single beds with unique wooden heads. The second bath has a shower. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to the city of Inca with lots of services like restaurants, supermarkets and shops. On Thursday takes place the weekly market. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und es gibt direkte Nachbarn. Das Interieur des Hauses besticht durch einen einzigartigen, freundlichen Stil und zeugt von der liebevollen Renovierung durch die Besitzer. Im großen Wohnzimmer mit Sofa lässt man den Nachmittag mit einem guten Film verstreichen. Satellitenfernsehen mit deutschen und spanischen Sendern ist vorhanden. Im Holzofen kann man an herbstlichen Nächten ein wärmendes Feuer entzünden. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind zum Wohnzimmer hin offen. In der Küche findet man ein Cerankochfeld und alles Notwendige, das man so beim Kochen braucht. Eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Doppelbettschlafzimmer versprüht einen rustikal-warmen Charme und bietet Klimaanlage, Schrank und hat Zugang zur Terrasse. In diesem Zimmer können wir ein Babybett/Hochstuhl auf Anfrage vorbereiten. Der nächste Sandstrand, Can Picafort, liegt im Norden der Insel und charakterisiert sich durch einen feinen Sand und klares Wasser. In der Nähe gibt es noch weitere schöne Strände wie Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia oder Playa de Formentor. Allen, die gerne in der Natur sind, empfehlen wir das Tramuntanagebirge, wo man wunderbar Wandern und Radfahren kann. 2 Freiluftparkplätze sind vorhanden. Esta única casa fue construida en 1989 y fue reformada cuidadosamente en 2016. La piscina elevada de cloro, de 5m x 3m y con una profundidad de 1.3m está solo a disposición de nuestros huéspedes. Está rodeada de un jardín mediterráneo con grava y árboles, con diferentes rincones para comer al aire libre, hacer una barbacoa, descansar en las sofás exteriores o broncearse en una de las dos tumbonas. Plantas, flores y estatuas de Buddha dan un aire especial a esta vivienda. La parcela está vallada y no hay vecinos directos. Una vez dentro le sorprenderá el estilo especial y el cariño, con el que fue reformada esta casa. El salón con sofá grande invita a ver la televisión (satélite, pero solo canales en alemán y castellano) o a encender un fuego en la estufa de leña durante noches otoñales. La cocina y la zona de comedor están abiertos al salón, incluyendo una cocina de vitro cerámica y todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar sus platos favoritos. Tampoco falta una lavadora, plancha y tabla para planchar. El dormitorio con cama doble luce con un estilo rústico-cálido, ofreciendo aire acondicionado, armario y salida a la terraza. Aquí podemos preparar una cuna/trona si viene con su bebé. Lo más destacado es el baño en-suite con bañera de hidromasaje, ya que está abierto a la habitación. Los otros dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno no tienen aire acondicionado, pero lucen con su propio estilo y destacan por las cabeceras de madera. El segundo baño tiene ducha y da servicio al resto de la casa. A más o menos 15 minutos en coche llegan a Inca, una ciudad con gran oferta de restaurantes, comercios y tiendas. Los jueves puede visitar el mercadillo y después ir a comer a uno de los cellers, auténticos restaurantes sirviendo cocina mallorquina. La próxima playa, Can Picafort, se encuentra en el norte y es una playa de arena fina e ideal para familias ya que el oleaje es moderado y la arena es fina. Cerca hay más playas de ensueño como Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia o Playa de Formentor. Durante le calde giornate estive è possibile rinfrescarsi nella piscina privata di 5mx 3m con una profondità di 1,3m. La piscina è circondata da un giardino mediterraneo con diverse piante, statue di Buddha e alberi, un bel posto per barbecue, gustare un bicchiere di vino sulla terrazza, una siesta sul divano o prendere il sole su uno dei due lettini. La trama è recintata e non ci sono vicini diretti. Dentro sentirai l'atmosfera calda e invitante fin dal primo momento. L'ampio soggiorno con divano è un bel posto per guardare la TV (canali in spagnolo e tedesco) o per gustare una tazza di tè accanto al camino. La cucina aperta con zona pranzo è ben attrezzata, tra cui un piano cottura in vetroceramica. C'è anche una lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. La camera da letto principale ha un caldo stile rustico ed è dotata di aria condizionata, armadio e accesso alla terrazza. C'è anche spazio per una culla / seggiolone se necessario.
