Thursdays is market day in Inca and you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit from local farmers, clothing, crafts and souvenirs. About half an hour by car you will reach the north coast and fine sandy beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. If you like to cook, you will find everything you need in the kitchen, including a gas stove, utensils and a dishwasher for your comfort. You can rest in three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and A/C and the other one with two single beds, fan and radiator. One has a direct access to the terrace, but does not offer wardrobe. De grote veranda biedt de perfecte setting voor een barbecue met familie om ontspannende gesprekken te delen. Tijdens de zomer heeft de privé chloorpool van 10m x 4m met een diepte van 0,5m tot 1,8m de voorkeursplaats van onze gasten. Vier ligstoelen zijn beschikbaar voor zonaanbidders en dankzij de buitendouche kunt u snel opfrissen. De grote tuin met citroen- en sinaasappelbomen biedt voldoende ruimte voor een picknick met kinderen. De oude gesloten waterput, tegenwoordig alleen decoratief, herinnert aan het verleden van deze boerderij. Het perceel is omheind en er zijn geen directe buren. Het interieur van het huis is in rustieke stijl ingericht. In de woonkamer kun je een film kijken op de satelliet-tv of een boek lezen terwijl er een warm vuur is in de houtgestookte oven. Als u van koken houdt, vindt u alles wat u nodig heeft in de keuken, waaronder een gasfornuis, keukengerei en een vaatwasser voor uw comfort. Hier steht dem Verwöhnen der Lieben nichts mehr im Wege. Eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett befinden sich in einem komplett ausgestatteten Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Bidet ebenfalls zu Ihrer Verfügung. Sie residieren hier in drei Schlafzimmern. Zwei mit einem Doppelbett und ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten mit Ventilator und Heizungskörper. Die Liebhaber der mallorkinischen Küche kommen hier ebenfalls auf Ihre Kosten. Wir empfehlen den Besuch einer der typischen Kellerrestaurants. Jeden Donnerstag findet auch traditionell hier der Wochenmarkt statt. Dort erhalten Sie einheimisches Obst und Gemüse, Kleidung, Kunsthandwerk und Souvenirs. In etwa einer halben Stunde Fahrt erreichen Sie die Nordküste und eine Vielzahl von teilweise recht bekannten Sandstränden, wie die Bucht von Alcudia, welche sich von Can Picafort aus bishin zum Hafen von Alcudia erstreckt, die Bucht von Pollensa, um nur die bedeutendsten zu nennen. Durante el verano, la piscina privada de cloro de 10m x 4m con una profundidad desde 0.5m hasta 1.8m es el lugar preferido de nuestros huéspedes. Cuatro tumbonas están a disposición de los amantes del sol y gracias a la ducha exterior os podáis refrescar rápidamente. El gran jardín con limoneros y naranjos ofrece mucho espacio para un picnic con los niños. El pozo antiguo y cerrado recuerda al pasado de esta finca y es hoy en día solo decorativo. La parcela está vallada y no hay vecinos directos. Los interiores son de estilo rústico y en el salón-comedor, equipado con aire acondicionado y estufa de leña, podéis ver una peli en la televisión de satélite o leer un libro mientras hay un fuego cálido en el horno de leña. Si os gusta cocinar, encontráis todo lo necesario en la cocina, incluyendo una cocina de gas, utensilios y un lavavajillas para vuestra comodidad. La lavadora, plancha y tabla para planchar se encuentran en el baño que tiene bañera y bidet. A más o menos media hora en coche llegáis a la costa del norte y a playas de arena fina, entre ellas Can Picafort, Playa de Muro y Puerto de Alcúdia. Le grand porche offre le cadre idéal pour un barbecue familial partageant des conversations relaxantes. Pendant l'été, la piscine privée de chlore de 10m x 4m avec une profondeur de 0.5m à 1.8m est l'endroit préféré de nos invités. Quatre chaises longues sont disponibles pour les amateurs de soleil et grâce à la douche extérieure, vous pouvez vous rafraîchir rapidement. Le grand jardin avec des citronniers et des orangers offre beaucoup d'espace pour un pique-nique avec des enfants. Le vieux puits fermé, de nos jours uniquement décoratif, rappelle le passé de cette ferme. La parcelle est clôturée et il n'y a pas de voisins directs.L'intérieur de la maison est décoré dans un style rustique. Dans le salon, vous pourrez regarder un film sur la télévision par satellite ou lire un livre pendant que le feu de bois se réchauffe dans le four à bois. Si vous aimez cuisiner, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine, y compris une cuisinière à gaz, des ustensiles et un lave-vaisselle pour votre confort.
