The property is just over 2 kilometres from the village of Saint Antonin, which has a small shop, a boulangerie, an hotel with a restaurant and bar, a school and a post office. Larger supermarkets, restaurants, etc can be found in the nearby towns of Lorgues, Carces or Salernes. Access

The main living area consists of the living room and American fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. The loft has two rooms with electric radiators (both with sloping roofs), the larger room is a good usable space, the smaller one is better suited to storage (but has been used as a bedroom!).
