L’actuelle PGT (susceptible de variante) identifie la zone comme zone « BD1- productive consolidée dans une zone vocalement résidentielle » et prescrit la conservation d’une partie des bâtiments existants par récupération par l’introduction de fonctions compatibles avec sa taille et sa structure. De nouvelles possibilités de construction résidentielle sont également prévues. Les offres d’achat irrévocables devront parvenir à la procédure par livraison au notaire Fabio Capaccioni de Milan, avec studio dans la Via Morozzo Della Rocca 6, improrogablement et péremptoirement au plus tard à 12 heures le 23 juillet 2021, avec ouverture des enveloppes le 26 juillet 2021 à 12 heures. L’attuale PGT (suscettibile di variante) individua l’area come zona “BD1- produttivo consolidato in zona vocalmente residenziale” e prescrive la conservazione di parte dei fabbricati esistenti mediante recupero con introduzione di funzioni compatibili con la sua dimensione e struttura.
