Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains from this lovely newer log cabin with a great view. Old-style holiday cabin with modern facilities makes your stay in the mountains easy, comfortable and cozy. Great holiday cottage where a small windbreak/entrance leads directly into the living room. From the living room there is access to the covered, west-facing terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. To the right of the entrance there is a technical room and storage, as well as a toilet, sink and washing machine. The holiday cottage has a well-equipped and spacious kitchen, as well as a bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, sink and shower cubicle. There is also a small play loft/storage loft with access from the kitchen above the bedrooms. Possible to rent bed linen (no towels). Parts of the plot around the cottage have been leveled, and there is room for two cars in the driveway. Large table with benches outside in the south-facing sun corner. The cabin is located in a cabin field with hiking areas and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity. The ski resort Skeikampen, grocery store and restaurant are only 4 km away. Along the hiking trails in the area, there are also cafes/mountain lodges with simple meals. Segalstad Bru is the nearest town, 10 km away, with shops and a shopping centre. Lillehammer is the nearest city and is around 30 km away. In the summer, the outside fence is electric because it is a grazing area for sheep and cows.

Genießen Sie die Ruhe der Berge, gut untergebracht in diesem 2018, in traditionellem Stil erbauten Ferienhaus. Es präsentiert sich von außen eher nostalgisch, von innen aber modern und typisch skandinavisch ausgestattet. Die groben Holzbalken der Wände sorgen dabei für eine gemütliche Note. Rechts vom Eingangsbereich des Hauses findet man den Technikraum, ein Depot sowie das Gäste-WC des Hauses. Eine kleine Diele führt von dort direkt weiter in den geräumigen Wohn-/Essbereich. Davor liegt die überdachte Westveranda des Hauses. Im offenen Anschluss an den Wohnbereich liegt auch die gut ausgestattete, geräumige Küche. Zudem zwei Schlafzimmer sowie Bad mit Dusche/WC und angenehmer Fußbodenheizung im Haus. Direkt vor dem Ferienhaus wurde eine ebene Kiesfläche angelegt. Vor der Einfahrt gibt es zwei Pkw-Stellplätze. Ansonsten ist das Grundstück naturbelassen. Es gibt aber einen geschützten Sitzplatz mit Tisch und Bänken in Südlage. Das Haus liegt umgeben von weiteren Ferienhäusern und einem Wanderterrain. Im Winter findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe die ersten Loipen, zudem liegt das alpine Skigebiet Skeikampen, mit Einkaufsladen und Restaurant, nur etwa 4 km weiter. Entlang der Loipen nahe des Hauses gibt es zudem einige einfachere, kleine Cafés und Gaststätten, die man unterwegs aufsuchen kann. Zur nächsten Ortschaft Segelstad Bru mit Einkaufsläden etc. sind es ca. 10 km. Die Stadt Lillehammer ist etwa 30 km entfernt. BITTE BEACHTEN: Das Gatter draußen ist im Sommer stromführend, da nebenan Schafe und Kühe weiden. Es kann nur Bettwäsche, keine Handtücher reserviert werden!
Disfrute de la tranquilidad de las montañas desde esta hermosa cabaña de troncos de nueva construcción. Aquí, el estilo antiguo con las instalaciones modernas se combina para hacer que su estancia en las montañas sea fácil, cómoda y no menos acogedora. A la derecha de la entrada hay una sala técnica y un trastero, además de un inodoro, lavabo y lavadora. Un pequeño porche / entrada le lleva directamente a la sala de estar, que tiene su propia salida a la terraza cubierta. Está orientado al oeste, para sol de tarde y de noche. Más a la derecha de la sala de estar hay una cocina espaciosa y bien equipada. El baño tiene calefacción por suelo radiante, inodoro, lavabo y cabina de ducha. Caja de llaves en el lado izquierdo de la puerta. Un pequeño loft de juegos / loft de almacenamiento también está disponible con acceso desde la cocina a los dormitorios. Partes de la parcela alrededor de la cabaña están niveladas y hay espacio para dos autos afuera en el camino de entrada. Una mesa grande con bancos se puede encontrar afuera en la esquina del sol que está orientada al sur. La casa de campo se encuentra en una zona de casas de campo con zonas de senderismo y pistas de esquí en las inmediaciones. La estación de esquí de Skeikampen, la tienda de comestibles y el restaurante no están a más de 4 km. A lo largo de las rutas de senderismo de la zona también hay cafés / refugios de montaña con comidas fáciles. Puente de Segalstad ciudad más cercana a 10 km, donde hay tiendas y un centro comercial. Lillehammer es la ciudad más cercana, a unos 30 km. En verano, la valla queda fuera de la corriente debido a la zona de pastoreo de ovejas y vacas.

Ici, un style ancien avec des équipements modernes est mis en place pour rendre votre séjour à la montagne à la fois facile, confortable et surtout cosy. A droite de l'entrée, il y a un local technique et un local de stockage, ainsi que des toilettes, un lavabo et un lave-linge. Un petit porche / entrée vous mène directement dans le salon qui a sa propre sortie sur la terrasse couverte. Ceci est orienté à l'ouest, pour le soleil de l'après-midi et du soir. Plus à droite du salon se trouve une cuisine bien équipée et spacieuse. La salle de bain est avec chauffage au sol, WC, lavabo et cabine de douche. Boîte à clés sur le côté gauche de la porte. Un petit loft de jeu / loft de stockage est également disponible avec accès depuis la cuisine sur les chambres. Certaines parties du terrain autour du chalet sont nivelées et il y a de la place pour deux voitures à l'extérieur dans l'allée. Une grande table avec des bancs se trouve à l'extérieur dans le coin soleil orienté plein sud. Le gîte est situé dans une zone de gîtes avec des zones de randonnées et des pistes de ski à proximité immédiate. La station de ski de Skeikampen, l'épicerie et le restaurant ne sont qu'à 4 km. Le long des sentiers de randonnée de la région, il y a aussi des cafés / lodges de montagne avec des repas faciles. Pont Segalstad ville la plus proche à 10 km, où se trouvent à la fois des magasins et un centre commercial. Lillehammer est la ville la plus proche qui se trouve à environ 30 km. En été, la clôture est hors du courant en raison de la zone de pâturage pour les moutons et les vaches.

Qui, lo stile antico con i servizi moderni si uniscono per rendere il vostro soggiorno in montagna facile, confortevole e non meno accogliente. A destra dell'ingresso si trova un locale tecnico e ripostiglio, oltre a wc, lavabo e lavatrice. Un piccolo portico/ingresso conduce direttamente nel soggiorno che ha una propria uscita sul terrazzo coperto. Questo è esposto a ovest, per il sole pomeridiano e serale. Più a destra del soggiorno c'è una cucina ben attrezzata e spaziosa. Il bagno è con riscaldamento a pavimento, wc, lavabo e box doccia. Cassetta delle chiavi sul lato sinistro della porta. Disponibile anche un piccolo soppalco giochi/ripostiglio con accesso dalla cucina sopra le camere da letto. Parti del terreno intorno al cottage sono livellate e c'è spazio per due auto fuori nel vialetto. Un grande tavolo con panche si trova all'esterno nell'angolo sole esposto a sud. Il cottage si trova in un'area di cottage con aree escursionistiche e piste da sci nelle immediate vicinanze. La stazione sciistica di Skeikampen, il negozio di alimentari e il ristorante non distano più di 4 km. Lungo i sentieri escursionistici della zona sono presenti anche bar/rifugi di montagna con ristorazione facile. Segalstad Bridge città più vicina a 10 km di distanza, dove ci sono sia negozi che centri commerciali. Lillehammer è la città più vicina che dista circa 30 km. In estate la recinzione è fuori dalla corrente a causa dell'area di pascolo per pecore e mucche.
