This piece of land between the Baltic Sea and numerous lakes is ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. A spacious, beautiful and comfortable holiday home with excellent facilities and enough space for the whole large family. From the fitness room, playground, sauna to the heated outdoor pool, the house offers a wide range of recreational activities. A masseur can also be booked on site upon request and for a fee. The 500-meter long, well-kept and fenced garden property is perfect for guests big and small, and four-legged friends are also welcome here. The house is one-story, with a large terrace. In addition to a spacious living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen (including a 4-burner stove, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher), there are 4 separate bedrooms (each with a separate bathroom). 3 bathrooms have a shower and 1 bathroom has a bathtub. The living room has a huge dining table that can seat the entire holiday group, up to 15 people. There is a TV in both the living room and each bedroom (Polish, German and English programs). The house is heated and can be used all year round. You can't get bored here. In addition to the swimming pool, there is a sauna (paid additionally according to electricity consumption), table tennis, table football, billiards and fitness equipment. In the afternoon you can laze around in a hammock or on the spacious terrace with a barbecue. There is a playground with a trampoline for children. There is a new charging station for electric vehicles on site (charging charged additionally). The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, internet, parking, outdoor swimming pool (from May to September), table tennis, billiards. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Sieciemin is a small rural settlement. The area creates excellent conditions for hiking and cycling through the landscape of fields, meadows and forests. Close contact with soothing nature cannot be overestimated. Only 15 km from the hotel there is Koszalin (a large city) with a wide range of shops, shopping centers, numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. There is also a large and attractive water park that is definitely worth visiting, especially with children. Sieciemin is a good base for trips to the seaside. Within a radius of 20-30 km there are many seaside resorts, each with a different character, it is worth visiting at least some of them: noisy and youthful Mielno, quiet and peaceful Łazy, the Dąbki health resort, historic Darłowo.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen riesigen Esstisch, an dem die gesamte Urlaubsgruppe mit bis zu 15 Personen Platz findet. Sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch in jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher (polnische, deutsche und englische Programme). Das Haus ist beheizt und kann das ganze Jahr über genutzt werden. Hier kann es keine Langeweile geben. Neben dem Schwimmbad gibt es eine Sauna (zusätzlich nach Stromverbrauch zu bezahlen), Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Billard und Fitnessgeräte. Nachmittags können Sie in der Hängematte oder auf der großzügigen Terrasse mit Grill entspannen. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Trampolin. Vor Ort gibt es eine neue Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge (Laden gegen Aufpreis).
