The house has a lovely enclosed garden, a barbecue and terraces on various sides of the home. There is a good chance that you will spot buzzards, deer or foxes here. The nearest town centre, public swimming pool , restaurants and supermarkets for your daily needs can be easily found within 16 km only. In the house you will find an open kitchen with all modern necessities, a living room access to the dinning room has TV with international channel, furnished bedrooms and bathroom. The above-ground swimming pool is wonderful for cooling off and for the children. The children can also have a great time on the swing, or play a game of badminton, petanque or table tennis. Geneva airport is the nearest airport from the house is only 160.2 km far away.

Es gibt immer einen Platz in der Sonne oder im Schatten, wo Sie im Liegestuhl ein Buch lesen oder auf dem Lounge-Set ein herrliches Glas Crémant de Bourgogne als Aperitif genießen können, bevor Sie den Grill anzünden. Der Garten (ca. 1000 m2) bietet eine vollkommen geschützte Privatsphäre. Vom Garten aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick. Im Aufstellpool (5x3, Wassertiefe ca. 1,20 m) können Sie sich wunderbar erfrischen, das ist auch für die Kinder toll. Die Kinder amüsieren sich auch vortrefflich auf der Schaukel oder sie spielen eine Partie Badminton, Boule oder Tischtennis! Ihr Ferienhaus liegt auf einem wunderbaren (teilweise bewaldeten), 5 Hektar großen Gelände. Die Chancen stehen nicht schlecht, hier Bussarde, Hirsche oder Füchse zu entdecken. Die niederländischen Eigentümer wohnen auch auf dem Gelände. Sie respektieren Ihre Privatsphäre, sind aber für Sie da, wenn Sie ein paar Tipps zur Umgebung haben möchten. Soll es doch ein Ausflug sein? Mit dem Auto brauchen Sie ungefähr 20 Minuten zu den Städten Bourbon-Lancy, Gueugnon oder Luzy. Hier finden Sie schöne Restaurants, Märkte, Terrassen und können auch gut einkaufen. In der Umgebung können Sie sehr gut wandern. Anmerkung: Auf dem Gelände laufen zwei liebe Hunde (Rhodesian Ridgebacks) frei herum.

Il y a toujours une place au soleil ou à l'ombre pour lire un livre sur une chaise longue ou pour savourer un délicieux verre de Crémant de Bourgogne à l'apéritif dans le set de salon, avant d'allumer le barbecue. Le jardin (environ 1000 m2) offre une intimité totale. Depuis le jardin vous avez une magnifique vue. La piscine hors sol (5x3, environ 1,20 m de profondeur) est idéale pour se rafraîchir et pour les enfants. Les enfants s'amuseront également très bien sur la balançoire ou joueront une partie de badminton, à la pétanque ou au tennis de table ! Votre maison de vacances se trouve sur un magnifique terrain (en partie boisé) de 5 hectares. Il y a de grandes chances que vous y aperceviez des buses, des cerfs ou des renards. Les propriétaires néerlandais habitent également sur le terrain. Ils respectent votre intimité, mais sont prêts à vous aider si vous souhaitez des conseils utiles sur la région. Vous voulez quand même sortir ? À environ 20 minutes en voiture vous êtes rendus dans les petites villes de Bourbon Lancy, Geugnon ou Luzy. Vous pouvez vous y rendre pour les restaurants sympathiques, les marchés, les terrasses et pour les grandes courses. Il y a également de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées dans les environs. Remarque : Deux gentils chiens (Rhodesian Ridgebacks) sont présents sur la propriété. Votre chien doit etre tenu en laisse en dehors du propre jardin du gite.

C'è sempre un posto al sole o all'ombra per leggere un libro su un lettino o per gustare un delizioso bicchiere di Crèmant de Bourgogne come aperitivo nel salotto, prima di accendere il barbecue. Il giardino (circa 1000 m2) offre una completa privacy. Dal giardino si ha una bella vista, ottimo per rinfrescarsi e per i bambini è la piscina fuori terra (diametro 5,60, profondità 1,20 circa). I bambini si divertiranno anche sull'altalena o giocheranno a badminton, bocce o ping-pong! La tua casa vacanze si trova su un bellissimo terreno (in parte boschivo) di 5 ettari. Ci sono buone probabilità di avvistare poiane, cervi o volpi qui. I proprietari olandesi vivono anche sulla proprietà. Rispettano la tua privacy ma sono pronti per te se vuoi dei buoni consigli sulla zona. Ancora un'uscita? In 20 minuti di auto è possibile raggiungere le città di Bourbon Lancy, Geugnon o Luzy. Qui puoi trovare bei ristoranti, mercati, terrazze e numerosi negozi. Ci sono anche molte possibilità per fare escursioni nella zona NB: Ci sono due bellissimi cani (Rhodesian Ridgebacks) sulla proprietà.

Grote kans dat u hier buizerds, herten of vossen spot. De Nederlandse eigenaren wonen ook op het terrein. Zij respecteren uw privacy maar staan wel voor u klaar indien u leuke tips over de omgeving wenst. Toch een uitstapje? Binnen ca. 20 minuten rijden bent in de stadjes Bourbon Lancy, Geugnon of Luzy. Hier kunt u terecht voor leuke restaurants, markten, terrassen en de uitgebreide boodschappen. Ook zijn er veel wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving.

La acogedora casa de vacaciones de 3 dormitorios en Grure se encuentra en una hermosa bit hectárea de 5 hectáreas y es adecuado para familias y grupos de amigos, puede alojar a 6 personas.
