Where to begin? More of a fortress than a Villa, a quite unbelievable quality of structure using the very finest materials and built to last a thousand years. 
The location is a strange one and it is one of only two houses in the area. It is at the rear of an Industrial Estate and one of Villena´s hospitals yet it is amazingly tranquil and has been built from a low level so that when you are inside the gates and the fully fenced plot it feels like you are in the countryside. The best way I have of describing it is to say it reminds me of Central Park in New York as that is surrounded by buildings but when you are in the park you feel completely surrounded by nature and tranquility.
The owner spent a fortune on the build, far more than the sales price but he has suffered a personal loss in his life and wants to return to his hometown of Albacete to be with his family. He has made it clear to us that he will listen to offers but they must be realistic as this is a unique and exceptional property.
So, the Villa. Entering by the magnificent front doors there is a floor with 5 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is stunning with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. The furniture in all the room is as you would expect and the light switches, I know who cares about light switches, are superb. There is a long lounge/diner and a kitchen that hasn´t been fitted but is plumbed and ready. The reason there aren´t fittings in the property wasn´t quite completed when the owner suffered the personal loss and simply got used to using the kitchen downstairs and the beautiful Summer Kitchen on the grounds and he thought that a buyer may want to choose their own. 
Downstairs, well, it´s best you watch the video but there is a massive lounge/diner/kitchen, an equally massive garage, and a bathroom. There is potential to probably double the number of bedrooms and bedrooms if you wanted to. Subject to licenses etc this would make the most fabulous Airbnb property that people would surely return to again and again because it is a unique property.
In the land is a superb summer kitchen with a BBQ and an oven and I would use this all the time for cooking. There are two stables but the potential for two more and the swimming pool has been used just twice apparently and is very well located and is separated so that it canñt be entered by small children or pets.

No sabríamos por dónde empezar a describiros esta propiedad ya que la calidad tanto de la estructura como de los materiales es increíble, por lo que está construida para durar años y años.
Esta propiedad se encuentra en la zona del centro integrado de Villena, pero es tranquilo y ha sido construido desde un nivel bajo para que cuando estés dentro de la parcela que está totalmente vallada te sientas como si estuvieras en el campo.
Accediendo desde la calle al terreno hay un acceso a una planta de 5 Dormitorios y 2 Baños. El dormitorio principal es impresionante con un baño en suite y un vestidor. Hay un largo salón/comedor y una cocina que no ha sido equipada pero está instalada y lista para hacerlo. Hubieron motivos personales por las que el propietario no completó del todo la vivienda y simplemente se acostumbró a usar la planta baja.

Abajo, bueno, es mejor que veas el video y te hagas una mejor idea de la distribución, hay un enorme salón/comedor/cocina, todo abierto creando un gran espacio, un garaje grande con un gran trastero, un gran almacén y un bonito baño. Existe la posibilidad de duplicar probablemente la cantidad de habitaciones y dormitorios en esta planta si lo desea.
En el terreno hay una excelente cocina de verano con barbacoa y horno de leña para cocinar las mejores recetas. Hay una nave grande, dos establos y zona para perros.

La piscina está muy bien ubicada, frente a la puerta de acceso a la planta baja de la casa y frente a la barbacoa y está totalmente vallada, creando así más seguridad, sobre todo si hay niños pequeños.

En realidad es una propiedad tan espectacular que lo mejor es ir y verla en persona.
