Bright and quiet room in a central location: A bright and quiet room with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, ideal for relaxing. An electric barbecue is also available on the balcony. The room has been freshly renovated and furnished in a modern style. It has a comfortable box-spring sofa bed (can be used as a single or double bed), a closet with sliding doors, a chest of drawers for ample storage space and a bookshelf. A 40-inch TV with Prime and Netflix as well as a desk and chair also make the room suitable for working. The modern lighting can be individually adjusted. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. Common areas: WLAN with a speed of up to 250 Mbps is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. A dining table and an additional television are also available. Presence of the owner: The owner of the apartment also has a room in the apartment, but is usually traveling. The apartment is therefore rented by the room.
