The apartment is located inside Marina Mar condominium, on the the first floor - to access the apartment there's a 10 steps stair. Marina Mar is just a few steps away from Vilamoura beach (250 m) and the exclusive Vilamoura marina (right across the street!). It has one outdoor swimming pool (with a kid's pool and free Wifi), as well as a supermarket - Jafers.
The indoor pool is already open and functioning.→ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and open up to the balcony.→ Bathrooms

The living room has a TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, a dining table and access to a private balcony with a dining and seating areas. Also features a dedicated work place, if needed.→ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine (coffee not included).Additional Information:→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00 and of 50€ after 00:00 am). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
