It can accommodate 2 people.Perfectly equipped, with a queen size bed, a real sofa, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, mini oven, kettle, toaster, TV, Wifi ....## The space
A really apartment in the center of Paris, with the Louvre located at the end of the street.It has a fully equipped kitchen to cook nice dinners.
The apartment has a real table for 5 persons where you can have your dinners.
There's a bathroom with a shower, sink, a towel heater and toilets of course.## Guest access
The apartment is located on the 3th floor and there's an elevator to get there
Depending on the time of your arrival I will be at the apartment or will leave the key in a nearby restaurant with a secure system : this allows me to offer flexible arrival hours to my guests :)## The neighbourhood

It is ideally located in a very central and safe neighborhood with lots of things to visit at a 2 min walking distance.There are many shops and restaurants around. sheets and towels are available .## Getting around
M°1 (Arrêt Louvre-Rivoli), the exit is in front of the louvre.
You're close to the lines (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min walk, you will find the entrance for RER A, B and D. Un véritable appartement dans le centre de Paris. Le LOUVRE est situé au bout de la rue, le quartier de MONTORGUEIL de l'autre.Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer de bons dîners, d'un grand canapé.
L'appartement dispose d'une table pour 5 personnes où vous pourrez prendre vos dîners.Il y a une salle de bain avec douche, lavabo, chauffe-serviettes et toilettes bien sûr.## Accès des voyageurs
L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage et il y a un ascenseur pour s'y rendre
En fonction de l'heure de votre arrivée, je serai à l'appartement ou laisserai la clé dans un restaurant voisin avec un système sécurisé: cela me permet d'offrir des heures d'arrivée flexibles à mes invités:)Il est idéalement situé dans un quartier très central, et vous permettra de visiter la plus part des monuments proches à pieds. Le quartier est très calme, il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants dans les environs.Si vous aimez les bons restaurants, je suis là pour vous conseillez mes pépites !## Transports
