El piso esta en un condominio con piscina que se puede utilizar de 10 a 19 horas. El piso esta a 5 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad y del rio. En el rio se pueden ver bonitas postas de sol. En 20 minutos se puede caminar hasta el mar, siguiendo el bonito paisaje del rio. Tiene cerca supermercados y todos los servicios. Se alquila con dos bicicletas, una tiene cesto. Con la bici se puede llegar a la playa en 5 min.
Esposende es conocida por tener mucha naturaleza, bonitos paisajes, se puede hacer kitesurf , surf, senderismo y paseos de bici btt (contratando empresas locales).
