The apartment is on the first floor with elevator (please note that to access the elevator there's a flight of stairs). It is surrounded by boutiques, metro stations, restaurants, and cafes. It is ideal for families or group of friends looking to sleep in one of the most privileged and modern areas of the city. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families with kids.→ Bedrooms
The apartment features two bedrooms with heating, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Both open onto a glazed balcony.→ Bathrooms
The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a powder room.→ Living Room/Dining Room
The living room has a comfortable seating area and plenty of natural light that comes in from the terrace. Also features a Flat Screen TV, Air Conditioning and a Dining Table for 4.→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (coffee not included).→ Terrace
The terrace offers a barbecue, dining table, relaxing hammock and sun loungers.→ Garage
The apartment offers a garage for 15€ per day. The request must be done with at least 48 hours in advance.Additional Information:→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
