You will enjoy some incredible days in this beautiful country little house with lost of comforts to spend some fantastic days. Outside, you will refresh in the beautiful chlorine pool sizing 6 x 4.5 metres and with a depth between 0.5 and 1.5 metres. By the pool, you will find the terrace with sunbeds to comfortably sunbathe enjoying the quietness of the fields. In addition, there are other wonderful corners to disconnect: the porch by the entrance where taking a cocktail in the evening; the table under the arbour where enjoying fabulous barbecues; another little corner at the back of the house where reading a book and disconnect,...Besides our guests have free access to the ecological vegetable garden where you will find seasonal products like tomatoes, watermelons,... The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The 120 m2 simple house has two floors and it is equipped enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation. When you enter, you will find the living room where you can watch Tv sat on the comfortable sofa or take a little "siesta". The kitchen and dining room are together, with a very rustic an special style. It includes an induction cooker and the basic equipment to cook during your vacation (no oven). It also features a table for 4 people. On the ground floor you will find the two first bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other a twin bedroom, both with wardrobes and fields views. The floor is completed with a shower bathroom for the whole house. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. Please take into account that the both of them are open to downstairs and mansard-roofed and have no wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepara a cot and a high chair. Der Pool ist mit Chlorwasser gefüllt, zwischen 0.5 Meter und 1.5 Meter tief und wird über eine Treppe erreicht. Rundherum wurde eine stilvolle Holzterrasse angebracht wo man es sich auf einer der Sonnenliegen gemütlich machen kann. Im Garten setzt man sich auf einem der Gartenstühle und liest sein Lieblingsbuch oder veranstaltet einen geselligen Grillabend mit Freunden - dafür kann man entweder die Veranda oder den Garten wählen. Unsere Gäste haben ausserdem die Möglichkeit, je nach Saison frische Tomaten, Wassermelonen u.v.m. aus unserem ökologischen Garten zu ernten. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf 120 m2 und zwei Etagen und sind einfach aber gemütlich ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer lässt man den Tag beim fernsehen (Satellitenempfang) ausklingen. In der freundlich ausgestatteten Landhausküche, die gleichzeitig als Esszimmer dient, findet man die wichtigsten Utensilien, um einfache Speisen zuzubereiten, u.a. einen Induktionsherd (es gibt keinen Ofen). Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Schrank befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, davon eines mit einem und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. In beiden kann man bei Blick aufs Land träumen. Wenn ein Baby mitreist, bereiten wir gerne einen Hochstuhl und ein Babybettchen vor. Ein Duschbad steht dem ganzen Haus zur Verfügung. Im ersten Stock befinden sich die anderen beiden Zimmer - diese sind über eine etwas steile Dachtreppe zu erreichen, die sich nicht für Kinder eignet. Es handelt sich um Dachgeschosszimmer, die offen sind und keine komplette Privatsphäre haben. Das erste Zimmer oben hat ein Einzelbett während das zweite ein Doppelbett hat (jedoch beide ohne Schrank). Das Haus hat auch eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Der Eigentümer legt großen Wert auf Umweltschutz und hat Solarzellen installiert. Die Finca befindet sich in Sa Pobla, ein kleiner Ort umgeben von Feldern. Im Ortskern findet man alles Notwendige für einen Urlaub als Selbstversorger, u.a. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bars. Besonders am Hauptplatz reihen sich viele Gasthäuser, die gute mallorquinische Küche anbieten. Der nächste Sandstrand ist in Puerto de Alcúdia, ca. 13 km entfernt, zu finden. Weitere schöne Strände kann man in Can Picafort, Muro oder Pollença entdecken. Alle, die gerne Golf spielen, finden den nächsten Golfplatz in Alcanada.
