The garden is a true paradise, a dreamy place to relax between the lawn, the mountains and the refreshing swims in the pool. This is a salted pool sizing 8 x 4 metres and a with a depth from 0.5 to 1.7 metres. It is surrounded by fantastic corners where you will fell as in a different world, like for example, the Bali bed and the 6 sun loungers, the thatched awning for a delicious breakfast and the perfectly furnished porch to enjoy a barbecue. You will also find a basket hoop and a ping pong table, in case you want to practice a bit. There are two buildings: the main house and a little attached building. Both feature gas central heating and the interiors combine modern and rustic styles with a great taste and delicacy. At the main house, the stoned walls and wooden beams in the living room offer a charming atmosphere, perfect to enjoy a DVD film or the satellite TV channels, or to listen to some music. The kitchen, spacious and independent, has a gas top, strong table for meals all together and direct access to the garden. The laundry room features a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. An air-conditioned corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms with a closet each. Two of the bedrooms come with two twin beds each, and the last one has a double bed an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bath and independent shower. There is another bathroom with a shower. Two cots, two high chairs and two fans complete the equipment of this house. The annexed accommodation presents a spacious bedroom with two twin beds, air-conditioning and a shower bathroom. Please, note that the wood stove in this room cannot be used. This finca has a privileged location. Binibona is a little and family hamlet, belonging to the municipality of Selva, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. If you are willing to disconnect and find the calm in the middle of nature, this corner of the island, full of routes, paths and forest, is your perfect destiny. You can enjoy many excursions like for example to the Monastery of Lluc, the commonest one. Regarding beaches and coves, you will reach Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort in about 20 minutes drive. A little farther, you will find the incomparable Sa Calobra o Cala Tuent, leaving from Lluc. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars. Im gepflegten Garten darf man sich wie im Paradies fühlen. Hier entspannt man auf einer der 6 Sonnenliegen und lässt den Blick über die grünen Berge schweifen. Im 8 x 4 Meter großen und zwischen 0.5 und 1.7 Meter tiefen Salzwasserpool kann man den Tag sportlich beginnen und sich zwischendurch immer wieder abkühlen. Die obligatorische spanische Siesta kann man wunderbar auf dem balinesischen Bett zelebrieren. Auf der Terrasse mit Poolblick speist man unter dem Strohdach. Die möblierte Veranda ist ein wunderschönes Plätzchen für einen Grillabend mit Freunden. Ein Tischtennistisch und ein Basketballkorb sorgen für sportliches Vergnügen. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei Gebäude: das Haupthaus und ein kleinerer Anbau. Beide sind mit Zentralheizung ausgestattet und wurden mit viel Liebe und Stil ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus freut man sich auf einen entspannten Nachmittag im Wohnzimmer mit DVD-Player und Satellitenfernsehen. Die urige Natursteinwand und die traditionellen Holzbalken geben dem Raum ein warmes Flair. In der Küche mit Gasherd, Esstisch und Kochutensilien kann man leckere Gerichte oder Snacks zubereiten. Die Küche hat direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Wäschetrockner ist besonders bei längeren Aufenthalten sehr praktisch. Ein Flur mit Klimaanlage führt in die 3 Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank. Zwei Zimmer bieten je zwei Einzelbetten, während das dritte mit einem Doppelbett und eigenem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne (Massagefunktion) ausgestattet ist. Des weiteren gibt es ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche im Haupthaus. Auf Anfrage stellen wir gerne bis zu zwei Sets Babybett und Hochstuhl sowie zwei Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Im separaten Anbau befindet sich ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten und Klimaanlage sowie ein Duschbad. Der Holzofen hier ist rein dekorativ und kann nicht benutzt werden. Die traumhafte Lage inmitten von Natur und den Bergen der Tramuntana macht diese Finca zu etwas ganz besonderem. Der ruhige Mini-Ort Binibona gehört zur Gemeinde Selva. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und Idylle, weit weg von Stress und lebhaftem Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Wanderwege und Fahrradtouren. Ein Muss ist ein Besuch des Klosters Lluc, entweder mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad. Eine 30 minütige Autofahrt trennt das Haus von der Bucht von Alcúdia mit feinen Sandstränden wie Puerto de Alcúdia und Can Picafort. Auch in den Bergen liegen schöne, meist felsige Buchten wie Sa Calobra oder die Kieselbucht Cala Tuent. Eventuelle Nebenkosten müssen beim Anbieter nachgefragt werden. Haustiere sind verboten. Partys oder ähnliche Veranstaltungen sind nicht gestattet. Es gibt Freiluftparkplätze für 2 Autos. De sal y con unas dimensiones de 8 x 4 y de 0.5 a 1.7 m de profundidad, está envuelta entre estupendos rincones donde sentir como si estuvieran en otro mundo, como por ejemplo una hermosa zona con una cama balinesa y seis tumbonas, una pérgola de hierro con cañizo para un rico desayuno de frutas, y un porche perfectamente amueblado para una buena barbacoa. Los más entretenidos dispondrán de una canasta de basquet y de una mesa de ping-pong. Hay dos edificaciones: la casa principal y un pequeño anexo. Ambas cuentan con calefacción central de gas y unos interiores que combinan, con un gusto y una delicadeza exquisitos, un estilo moderno y rústico. En la casa principal, las paredes de piedra de la sala y sus bigas de madera ofrecen un ambiente cálido perfecto para tumbarse a ver una película en DVD en la TV-SAT, o bien escuchar algo de música. La cocina, amplia e independiente, cuenta con encimera de gas, una robusta mesa para comer todos juntos y una salida directa al jardín. En la lavandería dispondrán de secadora, lavadora, plancha y una tabla para planchar. Hay tres dormitorio con armario, a los que acceden a través de un pasillo con un equipo de A/C que los abastece. Dos cuentan con dos camas individuales juntas y otro con una cama de matrimonio y baño en-suite con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. Además, hay un segundo baño con ducha. Dos cunas, dos tronas y dos ventiladores completan esta primera casa. En el anexo, encuentran una amplia habitación con dos camas individuales juntas, A/C y baño con ducha. Recuerden que la estufa de leña de este espacio no se puede utilizar. Privilegiada es la ubicación de esta finca. Binibona, es una pequeña aldea familiar y preciosa, que pertenece al pueblo de Selva, a los pies de la Tramuntana. Quienes busquen desconexión, calma y pura naturaleza repleta de senderos, caminos y bosques. Eso convierte este sitio en el rincón de la isla perfecto para disfrutar de muchas rutas de excursiones como por ejemplo al Santuario de Lluc, que es la más común. En cuanto a las playas y calas, a unos 20-30 minutos en coche llegan a Puerto de Alcúdia y Can Picafort, o bien si conducen un poco más de tiempo desde Lluc, a la inigualable cala de Sa Calobra o Cala Tuent.
