Once a dilapidated barn, now a splendid detached holiday home. You have around the house a large lawn with a swing. The garden is slightly sloping to the rear. There is also a terrace and its magnificent view of the surroundings. This very soothing view will fill you with calm. This holiday home is located on the edge of the very quiet village of Lavercantiere, right in the middle of the triangle Gourdon (18 km), Cazals (9 km) and Catus (10 km). These three towns have pleasant swimming lakes with beaches. A nice drive takes you to Les Arques (11 km), where the Zadkine museum is located. A grocery store, restaurant and public swimming pool are within walking distance from Lavercantiere. Prefer to take the bike? You have 8 available (5 for adults and 3 for children). In Cahors (25 km), you can cross the Lot via the reinforced medieval bridge, or simply stroll through the old centre.
