Whether you want to rest after a long sightseeing trip or a hard day at work, this is the place for you. A highlight of the loft is the unique gallery, which you can access via the wooden staircase in the living room. Here, a 1.60m wide bed invites you to relax. With the headboard directly under a large skylight, you have a perfect view of the starry sky while you fall asleep. Please note that the loft can only be accessed under the supervision of children and that there are roof slopes. The stairs pass under a beam and require some mobility - please note the photos of the staircase. The living room is the heart of the apartment with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. If necessary, the sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed, creating a 1.40m x 2.00m sleeping area for up to two people. The fully equipped kitchen lets you cater for yourself. The dining table offers space for up to 4 people. In the daylight bathroom, a shower awaits you, plus plenty of fresh towels and a hairdryer. Durch die Kombination von Holzmaterialien und moderner Ausstattung entsteht eine Balance aus Gemütlichkeit und Funktionalität. Egal ob du dich nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag oder nach einem langen Sightseeing-Trip durch Kassel ausruhen möchtest - du bist hier genau richtig. Über die Holztreppe im Wohnzimmer gelangst du zum Highlight des Lofts: Der einzigartigen Empore! Hier lädt ein 1,60m breites Bett zum Entspannen ein. Das Kopfende befindet sich direkt unter einem großen Dachflächenfenster, sodass du einen perfekten Blick auf den Sternenhimmel hast bevor du einschläfst. Im Sommer sorgt das Fenster außerdem für viel kühle & frische Luft, im Winter ist es auf der Empore warm & gemütlich. Bitte bedenke, dass die Empore von Kindern nur unter Aufsicht betreten werden darf, und Dachschrägen vorhanden sind. Die Treppe führt unter einem Balken hindurch und erfordert ein bisschen Beweglichkeit - achte bitte auf die Fotos vom Aufgang. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück meiner Wohnung, denn auf dem gemütlichen Sofa kannst du dich wie Zuhause fühlen! Genieße deinen Lieblingsfilm/ -Serie auf dem Smart TV, oder entspann dich beim Surfen im Highspeed-WLAN. Was ist dir lieber? Falls nötig kann die Couch zu einem bequemen Bett umfunktioniert werden, sodass eine Schlaffläche mit 1,40m x 2,00m für bis zu zwei Personen entsteht. Hier können sich bis zu zwei Personen entspannen, ausreichend gemütliche Decken und Kissen stehen für dich bereit. Die helle Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem was du brauchst, um dich selbst zu versorgen. Durch die Dachflächenfenster kommt sehr viel Licht herein, sodass Kochen gleich noch mehr Spaß macht. Einige Basics wie Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee und Nudeln stehen dir ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Benutze gerne mein brandneues Ceranfeld um dir das Gericht deiner Wahl zu zaubern - ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen & scharfe Messer sind vorhanden.
