This newly renovated loft is characterized by very high ceilings and open spaces. The combination of wooden materials and modern furnishings creates a balance of coziness and functionality. Whether you want to relax after a hard day at work or after a long sightseeing trip through Kassel - you are in the right place. Via the wooden staircase in the living room you reach the highlight of the loft: the unique gallery! Here a 1.60m wide bed invites you to relax. The head end is located directly under a large skylight, so you have a perfect view of the starry sky before you fall asleep. In summer the window also provides plenty of cool & fresh air, in winter the loft is warm & cozy. Please keep in mind that the gallery can only be accessed by children under supervision, and there are sloping ceilings. The living room is the heart of my apartment, because on the comfortable sofa you can feel like home! Enjoy your favorite movie/series on the Smart TV, or relax while surfing the high-speed WLAN. Which do you prefer? If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed, creating a sleeping area of 1.40m x 2.00m for up to two people. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. The skylights let in a lot of light, which makes cooking even more fun. Some basics like spices, coffee, tea and pasta are also available. Feel free to use my brand new ceramic hob to whip up the dish of your choice - plenty of pots, pans & sharp knives are provided. Enjoy your meal or a nice game night at the dining table, which seats up to 5 people. The downstairs bedroom has a very comfortable 1.40m x 2.00m bed ready for you, so you'll be back in top shape the next day. Here up to two people can relax, enough cozy blankets and pillows are ready for you. Since there is a door, someone can retreat here and enjoy privacy. This bedroom is also ideal for children, a few toys, books and cuddly toys are waiting for you. In the daylight bathroom not only a shower is waiting for you, but also plenty of fresh towels.
