On the first floor you enter the corridor with garderobe, closet, and restroom. You then get into the living room with kitchen and access to the garden. The second floor offers a large, open room with king-size bed, workplace and shower/bath area. The city of Bad Honnef offers an attractive living environment with a remarkable recreational value. Located along the Rhine with its island ‘Grafenwerth’, and at the same time with the ‘Seven-Mountain’ region in the back, there are plenty of leisure and sporting offerings available. • The island Grafenwerth offers public greenfield / sport field areas, open air bath (summer) and a tennis club (open to visitors; summer). Similarly in summer a beer garden invites to relax and unwind. • The Seven-Mountain region offers attractive targets for hiking or mountain biking, like the Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Also, there are nicely located restaurants like the Milchhäuschen or the restaurant on the Ölberg. The apartment is well located within the city of Bad Honnef. The city center (slightly north of the apartment), the shopping center (south) as well as the island Grafenwerth (west) is each just a 5-minute ride with the car or bike, or a 15 minute walk by foot. Access to the Seven-Mountain region is also just a 5-minute walk away, further entry points are nearby within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Bad Honnef is well connected to highways and public transport facilities.
