Perfect for a couple or a single person. - High ceilings, windows on three sides and lots of natural light - very spacious living/bedroom (44 m²) with sofa, bed 160x200 cm, desk and wardrobe - Sofa can be converted into a second double bed - Desk, perfect for a home office (height-adjustable desk, external monitor and docking station) - Second large bedroom (currently used as a children's room) - modern furnishings and lots of plants to keep you in a good mood :) - fully equipped and spacious kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and dining table - spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine and tumble dryer - marvellous view of the lake and the park - reliable W-LAN - Cellar and bicycle storage room with bicycle racks *************************************************** We hope to find respectful people who enjoy our flat as much as we do :) We are looking for someone to sublet the flat for the entire period (14.12.2024 - 3,2,2025) Location Our flat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood directly on the Obersee and in the middle of a beautiful park. 5 minutes walk from the Orankesee :) A very good supermarket (REWE) is a 10-minute walk away, as are Lidl and DM. A small shopping centre with Kaufland and a weekly market for vegetables and meat is a 15-minute walk away. Public transport is well connected - 5 min walk to the tram M5, which takes you to the S-Bahn Landsberger Alee (with connection to the Ring) in 12 min and to Akexanderplatz in 23 min. It runs every 5 minutes. There are also other trams nearby that will take you all over East Berlin. Free parking is also available in front of the building. Lage Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Villenviertel direkt am Obersee und inmitten eines schönen Parks. 5 Gehminuten vom Orankesee entfernt :) Ein sehr guter Supermarkt (REWE) ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso wie Lidl und DM. 15 min Fußweg entfernt befindet sich ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Kaufland und Wochenmarkt für Gemüse und Fleisch. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut angebunden - 5 min Fußweg zur Tram M5, die Sie in 12 min zur S-Bahn Landsberger Alee (mit Anschluss an den Ring) und in 23 min zum Akexanderplatz bringt. Sie fährt alle 5 Minuten. Es gibt auch andere Straßenbahnen in der Nähe, die Sie durch ganz Ost-Berlin bringen. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
