We offer you a cottage in Karelia, located directly on the shore of Lake Ladoga (50 m). The house has a wood-fired sauna, swimming pool (3h6m), recreation room, fireplace, heated floors, 2 showers, and all necessary appliances. The water in the pool all year round a temperature (25-30 degrees). Near the house is a terrace to relax with a barbecue. In an area of 1 ha is the Russian bath, the water which comes from an artesian well 55 meters deep and 2 houses, one of whom live hosts. L'eau dans la piscine toute l'année une température (25-30 degrés). Près de la maison est une terrasse pour se détendre avec un barbecue. Dans une superficie de 1 ha est le bain russe, l'eau qui provient d'un puits artésien de 55 mètres de profondeur et 2 maisons, dont l'un des hôtes vivent.
