We have designed the apartment with high-quality and tasteful furnishings. In the living area, which features a spacious sofa landscape and access to the sunny terrace, we have integrated a TV and a music system. The open layout of the space gives the living area an inviting ambiance, while large glass fronts provide plenty of daylight and a beautiful view of the communal garden. A spacious dining area and the open kitchen enhance the generous impression of the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers, in addition to a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and numerous other details. A coffee machine (filter machine) is also available, and there is children's dishware for little guests. In the two bedrooms, box-spring beds ensure restful nights, with one room offering a double bed (180x200 cm) and the other two single beds (90x200 cm). Fly screens further enhance sleeping comfort. If you wish, you can also use the sofa bed in the living room as a fifth sleeping option. The barrier-free daylight bathroom is easily accessible for all guests and features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, cleverly placed storage surfaces, and a large mirror. Ein geräumiger Essplatz und die offene Küche unterstreichen den großzügigen Eindruck des Wohnbereichs. Die Küche wurde von uns umfassend ausgestattet und bietet neben einer Spülmaschine auch einen Herd mit Backofen, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit, eine Mikrowelle und zahlreiche weitere Details. Eine Kaffeemaschine (Filtermaschine) steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, und für kleine Gäste gibt es Kindergeschirr. In den zwei Schlafzimmern sorgen Boxspringbetten für geruhsame Nächte, wobei eines ein Doppelbett (180x200cm) und das andere zwei Einzelbetten (90x200) bietet. Fliegengitter erhöhen den Schlafkomfort zusätzlich. Falls Sie möchten können Sie auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer als 5.Schlafgelegenheit nutzen.
