As soon as you step in the apartment, you are drawn to the windows facing the northern lagoon and the mountains in the distance. Above the roofs, the peacefulness makes us forget the busy
fondamenta we arrived from. We find ourselves in the living room, its walls decorated with delicate glass ornaments from Murano and lit up by the beautiful chandelier hanging from the
wooden beams above our heads. As we make our way to the right, a spacious kitchen opens up to us, with hidden pocket doors for the option to separate the spaces. The kitchen is equipped
with an oven, dishwasher and a full size fridge, as well as a table and chairs. We proceed through the corridor and on our left, we find the master bedroom and the same breathtaking views we saw from the living room. A door on the right leads to a first bright windowed bathroom equipped with two sinks and a spacious shower. Following the corridor we arrived from to the
end, we find on our left, another bathroom equipped with a large shower bath while on our right, we find a series of cupboards offering plenty of space for storage. Das Wohnzimmer ist fein dekoriert, mit wunderbaren sichtbaren Balken und zarten Muranoglasornamenten und hübschen Gemälden, die von einem schönen Kronleuchter beleuchtet werden. Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich eine geräumige Küche mit Flügeltüren. Die Küche ist mit einem Backofen und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Tisch mit Stühlen für das sonntägliche Mittagessen. Wir gehen weiter durch den Flur und finden zu unserer Linken das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und demselben atemberaubenden Blick wie das Wohnzimmer. Eine Tür auf der rechten Seite führt zu einem ersten hellen Badezimmer mit Fenster, zwei Waschbecken und einer großen Dusche. Dem Flur folgend, aus dem wir gekommen sind, finden wir zu unserer Linken ein weiteres Badezimmer, das mit einer großen Badewanne und einer Dusche ausgestattet ist, während wir zu unserer Rechten eine Reihe von Schränken finden, die reichlich Stauraum bieten. Appena entrati troviamo la zona giorno e siamo subito attratti dalle finestre che si affacciano sui tetti e i campanili di Cannaregio e sulle montagne in lontananza. Il soggiorno è finemente decorato da meravigliose travi a vista e da delicati ornamenti in vetro di Murano, e graziosi dipinti, illuminati dal bellissimo lampadario. Spostandoci a destra, si apre una spaziosa cucina, con porte a scomparsa. La cucina è dotata di forno e lavastoviglie, oltre che di tavolo e sedie per accogliere pranzi domenicali. Proseguiamo attraverso il corridoio e alla nostra sinistra troviamo la camera da letto matrimoniale con la stessa vista mozzafiato del soggiorno. Una porta sulla destra conduce a un primo bagno finestrato e luminoso, dotato di due lavandini e di una spaziosa doccia. Seguendo il corridoio da cui siamo arrivati, troviamo alla nostra sinistra un altro bagno dotato di una grande vasca e doccia, mentre alla nostra destra troviamo una serie di armadi che offrono ampio spazio per lo stoccaggio.
